My almost 3 year old is obsessed with this car. He is wanting to spend all his time in his bedroom. The lights, sounds and overall look of this bed is perfect. Little man is excited to go to bed now. He’s always pretending to be driving. Not the best pics below but this is as soon as we got it set up… we didn’t even put the mattress on it and he was in the bed already… crib mattress and all. Amazing seller!!!
Hands down the best customer service you could ask for! When I sent an inquiry for help, the response was immediately answered and to make things better, I was sent a video for installation and hookup for lights plus remotes that worked immediately without having to pair to bed. I highly recommend us car bed and their products are of top quality! I will definitely purchase from them again!! Can't beat great customer service!!
My 4 year old son’s bed stopped working. I bought the bed a while ago, didn’t think I would get any help. I clicked on the chat icon on a Saturday at 7pm and started chatting with Murat. He video called me, he did some troubleshooting with me and sent me a circuit board along with the AC Adapter at no cost. I received the package within 3-4 days, connected the new AC adapter and the bed turned on right away. My son was very happy. I was happy myself that the issue got resolved so fast with little hesitation. Thanks again Murat! I appreciate it. I will be recommending to friends.
I had an issue with the lights on my kiddo’s car bed. I spoke with Murat who was such a big help. We video chatted so he could see the cords as well as the circuit board card inside the front of the bed where the headlights are. He determine that it was the issue, and mailed a new circuit board card and another power adapter. I’ve dealt with other companies who have dragged their feet on things like this, and I am so happy this wasn’t the case. I am very pleased. Thanks again, Murat.
Had some trouble getting the back tires to light up but Miraj was amazing ! He helped me and my installer install the cables via what’sapp and was always readily available. He was a pleasure and my son can’t get enough of his bed . Great company ! Thanks Miraj.
